Games, cards, kitchen stocked with dishes, silverware, pans, and all appliances. Gas grill on back porch. Located on the east side of Alton bay on Lake Winnipesaukee in Alton Bay, NH. Golfing, hiking, boating, shopping, Water Slide, Drive-In Theater, sightseeing and so much more available within 30-45 min . NO SMOKING INSIDE HOUSE or on screened porch.NO PETS inside or outside. No quest pets allowed on premises RENTAL IS SAT TO SAT ONLY

Summary: We loved our stay at the cozy cottage. We brought our boat; the dock is across the street. You can't beat the view from the screened in porch. Diane was a wonderful host.

Summary: It was perfect for me and my adult children. Clean, spacious, everything one could need to make it comfortable was available. My only regret, I forgot to take out the trash as I was leaving. It was a complete oversight.

Summary: We spent two fantastic weeks at the cottage. It was very nicely kept and clean. The view from the front porch is what I will miss most. Diane was very responsive and we would absolutely come back again!

Summary: My family and I had a great week staying at the cozy cottage. The air conditioning was a plus on the 90 degree days and the board games were a plus on the rainy 60 degree days. It was great to have a dock for our boat and we also enjoyed the kayaks. The cottage was very clean and the screened in porch with the view of the lake was amazing. Thanks for a great stay and we look forward to coming back!
